MapleShip is currently in beta. This means that the service is still under development, and features may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change without notice. We appreciate your feedback and participation in testing, but please use the service at your own risk.
MapleShip provides an online platform for Canadian citizenship test preparation, including study materials, practice quizzes, AI-powered tutoring, and progress tracking.

MapleShip currently offers a free tier with basic access to study materials and limited features. Pro and AI subscription tiers are not yet available for purchase and are under development.
When Pro and AI tiers become available, they will offer enhanced features and be billed monthly in advance. Users will be able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel paid subscriptions through their account settings. A 30-day money-back guarantee will be offered for paid subscriptions when they become available.
Price changes for paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance with an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. All payments will be processed securely. Refunds will be available as per our guarantee or as required by law.
Lifetime Access Option is a paid, one-time purchase option available exclusively for the Pro tier. This option grants you perpetual access to all Pro tier features and services.
Scope of Lifetime Access: Upon purchasing Lifetime Access for the Pro tier, you receive continuous access to all Pro features including unlimited quizzes, advanced analytics, priority support, oath/anthem practice, and any other features included in the Pro tier at the time of purchase. Lifetime Access is non-transferable and is personal to the account holder.
Platform Availability: Lifetime Access is available for purchase exclusively on the web platform. It is not available for purchase through the Android application. However, once purchased, Lifetime Access can be accessed across all platforms (web and Android) using the same account.
Service Continuation Guarantee: MapleShip commits to maintaining the service for Lifetime Access holders. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features that are not core to the Pro subscription tier at any time, provided that the essential functionality remains available.
Sunset or Decommissioning: In the event that MapleShip is decommissioned, sunset, or permanently discontinued as a service, Lifetime Access holders shall receive continued access to all purchased Pro features for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of decommissioning notice. This transition period allows users to:
We will provide reasonable notice (minimum 90 days) before implementing any sunset or decommissioning of the service. During the transition period, MapleShip will maintain the platform in a functional state sufficient for users to access their content and complete their studies. After the twelve-month transition period expires, the service may be fully discontinued.
Refund Policy: Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, if the service is discontinued or sunset without providing the guaranteed twelve-month access period, affected users shall be eligible for a pro-rata refund calculated from the date of service discontinuation.
Limitations: Lifetime Access does not include:
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account through the account settings, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
MapleShip provides the service and its features. The study materials are generated using AI based on publicly available official Canadian citizenship resources. Access to basic study materials and studying them is free. However, advanced features such as AI-powered tutoring, unlimited quizzes, and personalized study plans are limited and available according to your subscription tier.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of AI features does not constitute professional advice.
In no event shall MapleShip be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service.
